Before any item leaves our facility, each product undergoes a detailed quality inspection to ensure it meets zed.’s standards of excellence.
Our Commitment to Satisfaction
We do not offer refunds. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us via the Contact page or email zedclothinghelp@gmail.com and we’ll work to make it right.
Exchanges (No Refunds)
We offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis, subject to the conditions below. Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping costs for size/style exchanges.

If an item arrives faulty or we sent the wrong item/size, we’ll cover reasonable shipping costs to replace it.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In original packaging with tags attached

Free from marks, scents, or damage

Requested within 7 days of delivery (provide your order number and photos if relevant)
Non-exchangeable items: final sale items, gift cards, and items with hygiene seals removed (where applicable).
How to Request an Exchange

Contact us at zedclothinghelp@gmail.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).

Await approval and return instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Ship the item back using a trackable service. Once received and inspected, we’ll process the approved exchange.
Shipping Costs

Change-of-mind/size exchanges: customer pays return shipping and re-shipment.

Faulty/incorrect item: zed. covers reasonable return and re-ship costs after assessment.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure, and to a repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major.
